Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the payment has been successfully verified by our team.

Advance Payment
Guests may be required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeline before the date of travel.

Full Payment
For certain hotels, packages, peak-season bookings, or bookings made close to the travel date, 100% payment may be required in advance.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the payment methods provided by Uttarakhand Travels, including online payment, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment options.

Booking & Service Charges
Any applicable booking, transaction, service, or convenience charges will be communicated to the customer before payment.

Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Uttarakhand Travels through the official communication channel. A cancellation will be considered valid only after confirmation from our team.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel, package, transportation, travel dates, and the time remaining before the scheduled date of travel.

Advance Booking
Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the cancellation terms of the respective hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made close to the travel date may attract higher cancellation charges. Bookings cancelled within the applicable last-minute period may be non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation, service, booking, or supplier charges.
