Dayara Bugyal trek
Dayara Bugyal Trek is one of the most scenic and beginner-friendly treks in the Indian Himalayas, located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Situated at an altitude of around 3,639 meters, the trek takes you through dense oak and pine forests, charming Himalayan villages, and vast rolling meadows that bloom with wildflowers in summer and turn into snowfields in winter. Known for its breathtaking views of peaks like Bandarpoonch, Black Peak (Kalanag), and Srikanth, Dayara Bugyal is perfect for trekkers of all experience levels. The trail is well-marked and offers a peaceful Himalayan experience with beautiful campsites, making it ideal for both solo travelers and families.
